  Our AC went out at 11:00 pm on a Saturday, I called and they had someone out within 30 mins and had us fixed that night. Very responsive and even explained everything throughly of what caused it to go out and how they fixed it.   Great experience. When I called at 6pm on a Saturday Jason, the owner, was on the way out of town and his techs were already on a call. He was knowledgeable enough to narrow down the potential issues with our AC over the phone, and very nice. It was a blown capacitor which is a pretty quick fix, so he actually turned his truck around from heading to a lake with his wife, and came over to quickly fix it. It's rare to find someone with his level of commitment to his business. His rates are reasonable and the service was top notch. This is a company you want to do business with.

  I was recommended this company by a co-worker, called the number I was given they answered late in the afternoon talked to me about the issue I was having. The following day had someone out that morning, he tested everything possible to verify he wasn’t missing anything. Diagnosed the issue and I decided to move forward. They picked up the part and had me taken care of within 2 hours. Great communication, very informative, and do their best to take care of you.   Great and FAST service. I recently stayed at an air B&B in Gulf Shores and upon arriving the unit was a warm 87 degrees. This business was recommended by the business manager at a Japanese restaurant and they not only got the air conditioning working, they were there in 30 minutes! Based in Athens, AL, we think of ourselves as a “fix it first” company at Comfort Masters of North Alabama LLC. We believe our job is to find the problem, provide you with your options, and answer any questions you may have. If the problem can be repaired or replaced, we’re happy to do it, but that’s ultimately your decision.
